If DIGEST+ isn't right for your pet, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee, no awkward questions.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Opened or partly used tubs are fine too, as long as they're not damaged.
Use the link in your order confirmation email, or open Track my order (below) to find your order and request a return. We'll email a prepaid label.
Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Returning a delivery doesn't cancel your plan by itself — pause, skip or cancel it separately from your account so you're not charged again.
