Peace of mind
If DIGEST+ isn’t right for your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returning a delivery doesn’t cancel your plan by itself, so pause, skip or cancel it from your account to stop the next charge.

Open your plan in your account and choose Move delivery date. Every delivery after it shifts to match.
Your plansYes. One-time orders are always available, and you don’t need an account for them.
Buy onceChange your delivery frequency from your account at any time. To change how many bottles arrive each time, email us at support@getpawvive.co.uk and we’ll help.
Your plan shows as payment due in your account and we try the charge again over the following days. You can update your card from your account at any time. If payment still can’t be taken, the plan is cancelled; nothing ships unpaid.
The plan builder sizes a delivery for dogs in the same weight band. If your dogs are different sizes, email us at support@getpawvive.co.uk and we’ll help you choose a quantity.
Your plan is only created when you check out, and you can switch to a one-time order at any point before you pay.
